Can we book a photo shoot with the studio plants + furniture props?
Yes absolutely you can! Any portrait or boudoir session can take place in studio with all the plants and vintage furniture.
Are photobooks and prints included in the photography packages?
Photobooks & prints are additional and made through Pic-Time, the program used to send all your images from our session. You will have over 100 images to choose from!
Do you offer payment plans for photography sessions?
Yes absolutely! You can pay the deposit fee for booking your spot, and then email Casey to let her know how you’d like to pay up until your booking date.
Can I change a photography booking once I’ve booked it?
Of course! Just make sure to give at least 48 hours notice to Casey before changing it.
Can I book a photoshoot a few months from now?
You can book whenever you’d like! Casey updates her calendar regularly so you can book as per your scheduling needs.
Can we book a consult prior to booking the session?
For sure! You can reach me through my contact page and we can set up a time to discuss the shoot & get to know each other. Happy to meet on Zoom/Facetime or we can meet for a coffee date too.

How can we book a photoshoot?
To reserve your date, simply go to the packages & pricing page of your chosen session (i.e: wedding) select your package, read the contract, agree, fill in your information and pay the non-refundable retainer to secure your date.
How many photos can we expect and how long until we receive them?
All packages have the edited images included and additional images can be purchased for $25 each or full gallery for $350.
For all portrait sessions: 2-4 weeks
Boudoir: 2 - 4 weeks
Weddings: 4 - 8 weeks
Commercial: 4 - 8 weeks
If you require images sooner than the listed turnaround time, additional rush fees will apply.
How long are our galleries available on Pic-Time?
For all portrait sessions, galleries are available for 3 months after the delivery date. For weddings, galleries are available for 6 months after the delivery date.
Where are you located? Do you travel?
I'm located in Stouffville, ON but I travel all over Ontario and love adventure! I'll happily travel anywhere; additional travel fees will apply. Flights & accomodation + my rate will apply. For driving distances, $0.67 per km for driving 30 mins outside of Stouffville.
What happens when the session goes over time?
An additional fee of $40 will apply for every 30mins we go over the package time.
Are you a real storefront?
No my shop is online only and I have a home based photography studio. All items in my shop are stored in my dining room aka storage area.
Do you allow drop-ins or booked appointments to view the shop?
You can email Casey to set up a time to preview items - please list the items you wish to see so Casey can bring them out for you. Unfortunately due to lack of space you cannot browse through the storage area as it is way too full. Email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Where is your shop/studio located?
I’m in the old part of Stouffville, super close to the Go Station. Exact address is given when purchase/booking is completed.
Do you offer shipping?
Shipping will be available through the website soon! Only on decor pieces.
Shipping is calculated by weight + handling fee (which covers packaging). If you’d like to fill a box and do a custom quote, just email Casey to discuss.
No shipping available on plants due to their delicate nature and extreme risk of damage.
How do pick-ups work?
Pickups are located in the stairwell of the building on the west side of Mill St. You can pull up to the door and turn your hazards on. Be sure to check for traffic.
Your items will be in a brown paper bag with your name on it.
Pickups are from 10am - 8pm Tuesday - Saturday. No later than 8:15pm. If you no show for your pickup & you don’t send a follow up message, Casey will contact you once to reschedule. Failure to show up will result in your item being re-listed and no refund issued.
What happens if I don’t arrange for a pickup and you can’t reach me?
All items are final sale, if you fail to arrange a pickup within the 7 day time frame and Casey is unable to reach you after two attempts, the item will be re-listed and no refund will be issued. Having to chase people for orders is very time consuming and orders take up a lot of space, which can halt the process of getting items in and out of the shop, as space is very limited.
What happens if we miss pickup day?
As long as you communicate within 12 hours that you won’t be able to make your pickup, then we can reschedule. If you no show without explanation, you will get a 20% refund and the item will be re-listed.
Do you offer delivery?
Deliveries are unavailable for the time being - we do offer shipping and scheduled pickups!
Where can I search for specific categories?
If you tap the filer & sort button, it'll show you all my categories. You can also just type in Glass in the search bar and it'll show you everything in that category.
Do you offer a service of sourcing specific vintage items?
Yes I do! It may take awhile to find that specific thing, but once I find it I will let you know immediately. Sometimes it can up to 3-12 months to find it, so I apologize in advance if it takes awhile. I charge a $50 finders fee which covers my time searching and if I find the item for a sweet deal, you will get it at that deal.

Thrift stores, estate sales, yard sales, markets, antique markets
Do you offer refinishing services?
Yes I do! I charge $50 per hour + cost of materials.
What's your return policy?
Plants sold in Bohemian Blooms should perform well if they receive appropriate moisture, sunlight, and soil. If their needs aren't met (trust you to judge this) we do not offer replacement or a refund/credit.
All sales are final.
