Painted in a matte black - I do think it’s actually brass colour underneath the black, but I could be wrong! Unsure if it works, all wiring looks to be there and intact, nothing rusted, no damages in the sockets.
Very Victorian gothic vibes and would look pretty epic in a moody bathroom.
